I've ordered from EZContacts a lot over the years as a contact wearer. I'm very happy with the product and the order is shipped in a timely fashion so full stars for those qualities. If you log into your account and select Reorder you will not receive the best price. You need to internet search for your contacts and in the ads, or shopping tab, you will see a significantly more competitive price. As a return customer, this troubles me that I am more or less being fooled into a higher price. Luckily if you contact customer service and complain they handily credit back the price difference but you need to allow for that additional time and effort. Lastly, there is no space to include your Dr's contact information before placing the order. One needs to go back after the order is placed and update the Rx in the account settings. It's very easily missed I just happen to think of it. Again as a repeat customer, I don't remember this being so inefficient.
