I initially ordered my glasses November 27. I had to call (and by the way, I had to hang up because I was on hold for an and by the way, I had to hang up because I was on hold for an hour with no one picking up), and email ez contacts to see what the holdup was with my frames and prescription. It turns out they had to wait two weeks for the manufacturer to ship the frames to them and no one let me know. Hindy S was very apologetic in our emails and sent me a link for frames that were equivalent to the ones that I initially wanted. Hindy S was amazing and also made sure that my glasses were shipped out within the next two days. I am pleased with how quickly my prescription was taken care of and the frames are beautiful. For that I give 5 stars ⭐️ However the management or marketing team needs to get their mess together . I should not have had to call just to find out the frames weren’t in stock. Hence the three stars.
