When I ordered the site said 3 to 5 days but it took over a month. After a couple of weeks When I reached out they told me that the frames were out of stock and they were waiting on re-stock. Why wasn't I told about this immediately? I was getting barraged with emails about sales and specials but nothing about my order. I didn't WANT new glasses I NEEDED them. I was disappointed with lack of communication and waiting excessively long for arrival as a result. Regardless of the service, I am happy with the new glasses.
