Purchased an item for Christmas and after a week without an email about delivery or what carrier I reached out to EZContacts only to be told that the item purchased was not in stock and wouldn't be for several weeks. If I had known the item wasn't in stock I wouldn't have ordered and PAID with the intentions of receiving the item before Christmas. Although the email response was very quick and thorough I just wish I had known before hand.
