Horrible customer service. My lenses were broken or damaged in their creation process and NO ONE called to explain why my order was delayed 3+ weeks. I called over 10 times trying to get updates and they did not offer any news (just lies about how long it was going to take,) and never offered any sort of meaningful compensation for my RUSH order.
Horrible service. Not ever worth it again.
