I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon and realized made a mistake on the size, so I immediately emailed a request to change the size. I received a generic email stating it was too late and I would just have to file a return and ship the glasses back once I received them.
I tried calling the support number, but there is a recording stating they are closed for the next several days. How can it be too late to change the order if your organization is closed and scheduled to remain closed for several days?
