I messaged immediately after ordering once I realized EZContacts would be closed till May 1st. The banner was not very noticeable at all. I didn’t even see it till I had already placed my order. I messaged asking to cancel the order, not expecting a response till you reopened. The first response I got was not from the message asking to cancel but saying that you shipped the order. Now I see that you charge shipping for returns. I’m never ordering from EZContacts again. If you’d canceled my order I’d order again in the future but come on, read your messages.
What a terrible experience.
