I'd ignore the bad reviews on here. These guys were fantastic, I uploaded the photos I wanted and also sent them a couple of extra ones as needed a few details changed and these guys aren't mind readers so by sending some extra photos it helps. It took around 10 working days for my proof to arrive and it's absolutely outstanding, I got a picture of my elderly granda holding his great grandchild which he can't do in real life along with his 2 granddaughters in the photo. This will make him so happy this Christmas. The customer service although some of these comments say otherwise was fantastic, anytime I messaged them they couldn't have been nicer and all round a professional service. I think people this year have forgotten how to treat other people! I have since placed a second order and will continue to use this company anytime I want some great gifts or pictures of my family.
