The organisation of and seamless delivery of the Survey, post sale and subsequent installation has been very well organised and communicated and it’s much appreciated. To the two lads who spent Mon-Wed installing in my Mum’s, they were hard working and courteous and attentive to the questions and queries of my mum and to myself also when I’d visited the house. They were clean working and fully explained what each day’s installation would entail. They are a credit to themselves and Fairco as a whole. Save for a few minor things like the key barrels to be replaced and a broken window on delivery to be replaced, in the coming days, which I know will be expediently addressed, the whole process has been exceptionally easy and professional and the face to face dealings with the staff at every customer contact point from Sales query, through initial sales visit, through follow up contact, Showroom visit, Site Survey & installation, you should be commended one and all for your professionalism and customer service.
