Although the Goose was frozen in a straight body position, which made it difficult to put in a big enough tray & defrost in the fridge it could be cut to fit the tray & was delicious when cooked. It's the first time we have had Goose and we will be having it again still have loads of Goose fat & the carcass to make stock.
