I just uncapped my first bottle of home brewed kombucha that I made using the starter kit from Fermentaholics. I couldn't be more pleased! I followed the directions exactly (they are easy and clear) and flavored the secondary fermentation with some home grown blueberries, resulting in a crisp and bubbly and truly delicious kombucha. Second batch is brewing. I look forward to experimenting with more flavors and to the $ I'll save. Highly recommend this kit for beginners.
