totally rigid and uncompassionate. last minute my son fell sick and i had requested for a change in date for the harry potter experience. submitted the medical cert for consideration but none was given at all. Had i known there was no chance i would have given the tickets away rather than wait for the outcome.
i would not book with them or thru ever again.
