Fabulous service. The staff bent over backwards to help over what was a really tricky time. Our trip to Disneyland Paris was originally booked as a treat for my then ten year old son in 2020 before his baby sister was due to arrive a couple of months later, as well as to celebrate his finishing primary school. Covid hit and we were uncertain when we would be able to reschedule. The staff were reassuring and always kept us in the loop about any changes to restrictions etc. We were finally able to reschedule for Easter 2022 with my son’ now 13 and his now 2 year old sister in tow! The staff were really helpful and it was all rebooked easily. The date of our departure was getting close and the passport office lost our passport applications! We needed to reschedule again and have finally had our trip! It was fantastic. There was a last minute drama when I noticed on the day of our departure that there was an error with my son’s age on the ticket… obviously he was ten when I originally booked and he is now 13!! The offices were shut because it was on a Sunday, so I emailed, praying someone would get back to me on Monday morning. They replied and sorted it out that same day ( Sunday) despite the offices being closed! I can’t fault the service we received and would definitely use Attractiontix again. Thank you for helping us make the most wonderful memories together.
