I have bought 2 harnesses, 1 wing and a reserve from fly bubble and found the service to be very good. The match service works well with both Carlo and Nancy very knowledgeable on all products supplied. They have experience of them first hand as they get to try them out for themselves, meaning the advice you get isn’t based on sales pitches but their own real life experiences of how the products performed. I enquired on the 30th of November about purchasing an Advance Impress 4 and was told by Carlo and other suppliers that the lead time was up to 5 months. Having used fly bubble before I felt I would be happy to give them the business as I feel they appreciate the business and feel they do the extra mile to look after returning customers. Carlo advised that they always try and anticipate what will be in demand in the following months and luckily for me they had ordered an impress 2 months prior meaning that I would have to wait that long. That said having placed the order 4 weeks later my new toy arrived. Thanks again for outstanding service having accepted I would have to wait till the end of feb, I will now be flying very soon getting in some practice before the new season kicks off 🙂 thanks very much!!
