After recently purchasing two belts recently, I found myself being asked, by the on-line system to pay postage on one belt and pick-up in store for the other. When the assistant realised this situation, I received a call to say the postage would be returned to me. A truely top class service from all the staff. I thank them for this and look forward to shopping there again.
