Ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. Paid approximately $79.00 for the delivery and arrangement. The pictures show what I ordered and what I actually received. Very disappointed and they would only give a 20% refund. I literally received half an arrangement. Definitely wouldn't consider using them again.
