Totally dissatisfied with these people. They have truly embarrassed me and my staff, by not providing ANY service. Floral arrangements were made, days in advance, for a very special occasion, and they faild to deliver on time, or at all. it is now two days past the special occasion and they are still saying they are waiting on the florist. They state that NO florist has the floral arrangements I am requesting. Not true. They have the arrangements but 80.00 more that this company has posted on their web site, so the florist is not filling the order. Im now two days without what I paid for, and they want to bicker about giving me a full refund.
