So many things went wrong. I paid an expedited fee to have “happy birthday” flowers along with balloons for my sister delivered on her birthday before 12:00pm. It never came before 12. Finally I received an email saying it was delivered after 5pm but guess what?! They delivered it to the wrong address. After I called the customer service number and I keep getting the same guy he said he’s going to refund me my money and have them try to re-deliver the flowers. Later in the night someone dropped off some dirty flowers,( some of it dying )at the front door. There was no happy birthday card like advertised, no note like I had written for my sister and no balloons like I ordered. Completely random flowers they dropped off in the night. When I called the number again, the guy said he’s only refunding me 30%. I would NOT recommend this company. Completely horrible and a complete scam.
