Gadsby wicks were absolutely outstanding in all areas. My solicitor was Elliot Clarke and he dealt with my case from start to finish. This was particularly useful at the later stages in meetings with experts and barristers etc, because he knew my case so well, If i had trouble trying to get my point across he would jump in and clarify what i was trying to say. My case was not the most straightforward to prove due to missing records and lots of contributing factors. There were times that i thought we were wasting our time. Elliot always believed 100% that my case was strong and we got a positive result in the end. He is also very good at translating overly complicated legal and medical jargon into plain english. The whole process is long and complicated. Its not all plain sailing and there were setbacks along the way. Elliot was always completely honest about these things and how strong my case was overall. I am glad i chose a clinical negligence specialist because as previously stated, the process is very complicated and their knowledge of the system is particularly useful.
