Initially item was out of stock when ordered and offered a full refund; however, Green Street advised a fresh delivery date and it arrived before the expected date so glad I waited for the later delivery as I am more than happy with the canopy. Took approximately 5 hours to build with the help of my son. Definitely at least a 2 person job. Very clear instructions and all parts/fixings were present.
