If you want someone to represent you, do not hire these people. These people do not work in your best interests, completely unprofessional, especially Dulce and Monica. We terminated their services as they had not done as instructed, when we made phonecalls and an email to enquire about the money we were owed, we recieved an email, with an email thread attached between Monica and Dulce, talking about their own clients (us) making derogetory comments, biased opinions, furthermore and i quote "just tell them you've done the sums and they owe us money". I made an official complaint, which to this day has had no response. We have evidence of everything typed in this review. Avoid like the plague, completely incompetent and unprofessional behaviour
