We were concerned about ordering a Bongo tent as we had no experience of erecting these sorts of structures. However, Seb was amazing and talked me through it, advising me on the best tent and accessories to buy. The instructions that he sent through were really clear and helpful too. When we identified there was a part missing, Seb responded immediately, sending the missing parts within a couple of days. The Bongo tent is an amazing structure and has already been able to withstand 2 gales and a bunch of young people hanging off if!!
