Having a policy with Axa for about 2/3 years and 5 years NCD, thinking my policy would stay the same if not, be cheaper upon renewal. Little did I know, it was put up by £14 p/m when it was renewed.
Because I didn't contact them in the first month when it had gone up, I now have to pay £55 to cancel it and go else where.
My fault for not checking, yes. I set it to pay monthly so I have peace of mind.
Feel ripped off to be honest.
