Waited for 28 minutes then eventually spoke to someone to change and renew my car insurance, they said to change details I had to go through to sales grrrr! I waited another 20 minutes, and realised life is too short, I lost the will, hung up and found Hastings Essential and was covered in 30 minutes (and at a cheaper price). I've been with Churchill for 10+ years. If improvements are made, I might return in 2024. We will, see?
