They have the worst customer service in the world. I am switching ONLY because on a few occasions it took 6 days for me reach a representative to restore my service. That is an issue that I can’t get over since I had no phone service for days and they never gave me the call back no matter how many times i selected it. I would call early in the day and be on hold for hours. Doesn’t make sense to me to stay with the them so I’m switching to Visible. Also, people always say that my phone has calling restrictions when they try to call me so no one can ever reach me by phone with this service.
