What I can say is that starting medicare is a very stressful process. Especially trying to navigate through enrollment with the insurance providers. I cannot believe how misguided I was and having to figure it out by emails and endless phone calls, lead me no closer to my goals of establishing medical care. I finally found a person by the name of Carlos. I was so relieved to be talking to someone who is so knowledgeable, patient, kind, hard working and funny.
