I just got off the phone with Venus H. I am sooooo happy and relieved to have found Chapter after trying to deal with a different agency. I have been researching Medicare for a few years as I will be turning 65 soon. I already knew much of the information that applies to my situation and Venus just confirmed all that for me...but she also gave me another nugget of information about something that I had NOT come across with in all my research. I am now signed up with a Medigap plan and have my application in for a D plan and it is such a relief to have the weight of this decision finally off my shoulders...and to feel good about the decisions I have made. The thing that is of real importance to me is that a company like this to have ongoing service after enrollment just on the off chance that I need some help managing claims and such down the line....and Chapter offers member advocates for just that purpose. Now, the best case scenario is that I never need to call on a member advocate; however, it is reassuring to know they are there if needed.
