Absolutely disgusting. Paid £119 upfront, for that you get the engineer and labour , you know at this point you have to pay for parts on top , no problem there , the engineer came and it was the element, they charged another £99 for that , when I queried it , the £99 was for the part and an extra £40 admin fee !!!!!! What on earth am I paying another £40 admin fee for . I will never ever use you again , you’re ripping off people left right and canter !!!
