I went online to get a speculative quote for a washing machine servicing. I entered my details up until the point where a price was shown on the screen and the calendar with availability displayed.
As I suspected, I received a text message saying 'thanks for booking a repair', which was not the case at all.
I rang to ensure that no repair had been booked and got somebody on the other end with a little attitude once I repeated what the message said. It reads "THANKS FOR BOOKING A REPAIR", so Go Assist should not message such a sentence.
