I used load up twice so far very satisfied with the service . Customer service was very efficient and helpful . The loaders I had were very professional and made sure that they were very careful removing my couch and recliner . They were there on time when they call me before pickup . Price was about right for what they charge for removing from a third floor apartment ! Highly recommended.
