They owe me a refund since the 6 May and have either sent emails saying it would be actioned which it hasn't been or ignored my emails to the supposed customer services completely.
The next step will be a small claims court action
You cannot get to speak to anyone as there is no phone number on the website only a customer contact form which they ignore
