Firstly if it was possible I would not give them one star, this company has No customer service. I purchased a pack of 10 Reuseable facemasks in black on the 6th of June this year 2020, now 22nd of July I have not received anything, I have tried to phone them but you get diverted to their web page, you are then told to contact them using their email service it asked you on the complaints email page for your voucher number. YOU CANNOT SEND YOUR MESSAGE WITHOUT THIS , Problem they did not send me a voucher number, so it refuses to let you contact them, hence you cannot contact them at all. They blame this according to their phone system on Covid19 what absolute Tosh I'm tired of trying to contact them which is what they seem to want, they have your money you have no goods, and to boot you can't get your money back either.
