I purchased 2 sets of socks. The "blue" set came in a smaller size than I believe was ordered. For comparison the other set (8pack) of socks were correctly sized and fit well.
I've attempted via phone messages and emails to customer service to no avail - actually no response whatsoever.
Very dissapointing, and apparently another company that has poor customer service. It's a shame because I want to support products in the USA, even when significantly more expensive.
