Wrong parts sent. Phoned main helpline and had the most frustrating conversation I have ever had. All I wanted to do was exchange and get the right part!
Luckily I got hold of the local GSF number (Bournemouth) They were really helpful and got me the correct parts and exchanged when I went there.
