Your return policy is dreadful. I ordered a part that was promised for next day delivery but didn't arrive until the following day which was too late as my Mechanic was waiting and had to get it elsewhere. I drove a 25 mile round trip to return the part to Farnham where I was told I couldn't return it as i didn't have a Return Authorisation Reference, as it has to go to Birmingham. I was given a number to call (0121 626 7971) but after calling it sevreral times a precorded message told me no one is available to take your call. I had to email and waited until the next day before getting a RAR then driving back again for 25 miles to return the part to be told expect up to 10 days to receive your money, funny as your money disappears from your account in seconds when you buy it!! I was dealt with Mr R Barnes in your Farnham store on both occasions, professional gentleman, very apologetic and extremely helpful in trying to resolve this for me. Overall a really disappointing service, with a lot of my time and money wasted, my mechanic has always used GSF and has advised me to stay away from Euro Parts, not sure if that will be the case moving forward.
