Ordered a car battery on 22 Feb. It was shipped by UPS, contacted by driver on 25 Feb stating can't find address - he was 150 miles away (apparently post code was wrong). On 26 Feb it was in Paddock Wood and reported as damaged. No comms from GSF. 1st March Called to arrange a new battery. Couldn't use other delivery company and couldn't over night. Expect delivery 4th March, didn't arrive UPS Website states damage reported. Still No comms from GSF. Appalling service, very unhelpful, try another company!!!
