After ordering my parts and receiving notification of delivery, I had to chase them 5 days later, calling your `help` line!
`Not-much-help-line` more like!
It took me over 30 minutes to get thorugh only to be told my order WAS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER!!
No explanation given. I asked for it to be re delivered but tld that you will only offer a refund instead!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBOLOCK SERVICE!!
