Ordered an exhaust from the Aylesbury branch by phone was told it would be in by 1pm. Went at 1.30 the girl on the counter said that there was not an order so I said can I order it now and she said it can only be order from their supplier and it would take a few days and the would charge carriage. So I went home and rang them again and the guy that answered yes it had been ordered and it would be in by 3.30 pm. Called in the next day and was told that it was there but the price was now £150. not the £140. 58 that I was quoted and they could not sell it for much less, so I said I would leave it. The day before I had to wait at the counter while they spent 15 minutes looking for the bolts that had been ordered by the customer in front that had come in 3 days before, but could not be found, so had to be re-ordered. Pitiful service. No one seems to know what is going on or where a part is at any time. Do they have a manager or can he just not manage?
