Took a week for an order to arrive. After GSF advised despatch had taken place on the day the website predicted delivery I had to go buy the part from another firm at higher cost. When I placed the part I checked online for other options, I could have ordered the part at lower cost from Amazon but GSF website suggested a faster delivery than Amazon. As it turns out Amazons predicted delivery would have been quicker. As I no longer needed the part I had to return the item which was time consuming. I either had to arrange a courier at my cost or deliver to the nearest store. I chose to return the part to store. The refund doesn’t happen when you deliver it to the store, you have to wait for it to go back to another location and for them to check and refund you so still waiting for the refund. Very disappointed with the entire process. I had tried emailing GSF but they didn’t bother to reply. The only positive was the staff at the store were friendly and helpful.
