Delivery address ignored parcel sent invoicing address tried to change through EVRI to leave with a neighbour. This was also ignored and parcel was left on doorstep for the whole afternoon and evening for anyone to take. Picture attached. Very poor service, and made delivery of parcel very inconvenient as had to then redirect parcel.
