Bought brake pads on line for a great discount and it would have been a bargain if they were the ones I needed. The website is wrong so even when you enter your car registration and purchase them they won’t necessarily fit. Then you have the argument to return them for ones that will fit. Staff not helpful and manager is just plain rude. Definitely won’t use them again and as I work in the motor trade will go out of way to encourage others to avoid this company. Overall Would rather pay more at another company who value customers and treat you decently especially considering the fault lies with your company website system.
