Reserving online was easy. The gentleman who cleaned our gutters was very polite when he arrived. He did his work which included using a leaf blower as a final touch to cleaning off the roof and getting the debris off our porch and driveway. When done, he let us know that he would be wrapping up the paperwork and an email notice with the bill would be coming shortly. We received that email shortly in the afternoon. Overall a great experience and job well done.
