Ordered was shipped promptly but was missing things, took few days to receive a response (using the web portal and an email) but eventually was asked for evidence ( wanted a picture of the invoice and the magnets which was fair enough but also packaging which i felt was a bit extreme) after a fews days i received another response and received my missing magnets a few days later.
Overall mistakes happen and they sorted it but felt communication could have been better.
