They promised 5 guys and only sent 3. This meant that our stuff wasn't packed up until 2PM even though the guys showed up at 9. We ended up feeling bad for them and telling them to go ahead and move it and start unpacking, but that left us with quite a bit of smaller items that needed to be moved (they only got to maybe 80%), plus we weren't done that day until almost 7. Busted the TV mount as it came off the wall. Minor damage here and there to some of the items. Overall the care taken for our stuff was fine enough but disappointed they didn't provide enough manpower. Felt really bad for the 3 guys that got stuck with the job.
