Ruth made the a process that I had previously been stressed about incredibly easy. There was a set process from start to finish but it never felt formulaic at any point. Ruth listened to my comments both through the design and production stages of the ring and always seemed to guess exactly what I meant when I didn’t have the correct descriptive terms to hand! She was always quick to respond so I felt supported throughout the process. The results speak for themselves. Layla, my fiancée couldn’t be happier with her ring and we are already planning our wedding bands for next year with Ruth. I would, of course recommend Ruth’s services to anyone in need of a jeweller and designer and I couldn’t thank her enough for making us both very happy!
