I switched to Klarity from a competitor in hopes of better customer service. While I will say the customer service is very responsive, they are very limited in what they can do or help in case of a problem. For over a year I have not experienced any issues, I like the provider I am paired with; however, in the case when where the provider has an emergency and is unable to fulfill prescriptions or even respond to messages, Klarity has no answers. Even if you are out of medication, there is nothing Klarity customer service can or will do. You either have to wait for your doctor to respond (which has been over two weeks) or they tell you to switch to another provider in which you would need to pay another $150 fee and schedule another appointment depending on availability typically another 1-2 weeks of waiting. So, unfortunately, you are just out of luck with no medication and no answers and when you rely on medication, having no answer in an emergency is unacceptable. In summary for rating purposes: Customer Service Response time - 5 Star Customer Service Effectiveness - 1 Star Overall Rating if there are Issues - 5 Star Overall Rating if there is any issue - 1 Star Website says 24/7 Access to Provider - 1 Star. This is a false statement. You message the provider through a portal and cross your fingers hoping for a timely response. Website says Free Transfers between Providers - 1 Star. This is also a false statement.
