After leaving a negative review about my dissatisfaction with my order, Herbies did the right thing and offered me a refund or a resend of the order. I accepted the resend and it arrived promptly with a bonus. So after an initial bad experience they made it right and I'm leaving with an overall positive experience. Just received so haven't started them yet.
