Because of COVID my holiday was cancelled and instead of giving me my money back, I was given a voucher that I’ll never be able to use.
They are breaking the law, don’t reply to emails, can’t talk to anyone, I’ve used them so man times before but never again.
Terrible customer service priming you things and not giving them!
