I stumbled across the hospitality centre when searching for concert tickets as a birthday treat & I'm so glad I did! Excellent service from start to finish. A big thank you to sales exec Adam, who sorted it for me and even produced a gift certificate that I could hand over. As part of the package, we had access to the AMEX Lounge, which was just fab, we even had a live band (who were amazing) to entertain us before the main event. Overall, the lounge was a great chilled space to have a few pre concert drinks. Our allocated seats were brilliant with a great view. (Seats were in section 102). So I was totally happy and would highly recommend Hospitality Centre, especially Adam....ask for Adam!
