Placed an order on 26th January and to this day 12tg February I cannot get my purchase or refund. Spoke to a very rude call agent called Amy who was adamant the address error was caused by me the purchaser.
Will get my bank to reimburse me and will advise everyone I know to stay well clear from the cowboy outfit.
